MAXTUBE LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MaxTube app, website and related services (the “Services”). Please read them carefully. By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use MaxTube.
1. License and permitted use
Subject to these terms, MaxTube grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for lawful, personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on the app or any part of the Services except where applicable law does not allow a restriction.
2. Ownership
MaxTube and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Services, including software, branding, interfaces, artwork, text, databases and other intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using the Services lawfully and for securing your device. Do not root, jailbreak or otherwise alter your device in a way that may undermine its security or cause the app to malfunction. Do not misuse MaxTube, interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, infringe another person’s rights or use the Services to distribute unlawful content.
4. Connectivity and third parties
Some features require an active internet connection. Your mobile or internet provider may charge for data use, roaming or other network services; you are responsible for those charges. MaxTube may rely on third-party providers, links, content or technical services. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and separate terms or policies may apply.
5. Mindful listening features
Ambient sounds, meditation sessions and focus timers are offered for general relaxation and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic services, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health concern or are in distress, seek help from a qualified professional or appropriate emergency service.
6. Changes, updates and availability
We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, including by issuing updates that may be required for continued use. We do not promise that any feature will remain available, that the app will work on every device or operating-system version, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. MaxTube is not responsible for losses caused by your connection, device, third-party services, content supplied by others or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for the Services or others, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and you must stop using the app. You may stop using MaxTube at any time by deleting it from your device.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use MaxTube after the updated terms take effect, you agree to the revised terms.
